4 organic chicken legs
6 sage leaves
1 tbsp chopped parsley
a drop of white wine
salt and pepper
250 g (8.82 ounces) fresh mushrooms at your choice
2 cloves of garlic
1.In a large pan fry the garlic until golden with 2 tbsp of olive oil.
2.Rub some salt and pepper on the chicken and add it to the pan. Seal it for 10 minutes until golden. Then add the sage, a drop of wine and the finely chopped mushrooms.
3.Cook for 5 minutes to let the wine evaporate.
4.Turn the heat down, put the top on and cook for about 45 minutes.
5.When cooked sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
6.Serve with fresh salad.
