• Punjabi Cashew Nut Masala Chicken


    10 chicken pieces (abt 280g)
    30 g cashew nuts (break into 4 pieces)
    1 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
    1/2 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
    1 (90g) tomato (sliced thinly)
    1 onion - 90g (sliced)
    1 tsp garam masala 
    1 1/2 tbsp dried chilly powder (or as your prefer)
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 sprig curry leaves
    4 tbsp oil
    salt to taste 



    1.Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except the oil.
    2.When oil is heated, add in the chicken pieces and fry for about 3-4 mins.
    3.Pour in the milk and continue to cook until the gravy becomes thick.
    4.Add in the lime juice and continue to stir until the gravy dries up totally.
    5.Remove from heat.
