• Kerala Style Chicken Fry


    Chicken - 500gm (small pieces)
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
    Chopped green chilly - 3 nos
    Tomato - 1
    Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
    Coriander leaves - 1/4 tsp
    Mint leaves - 1/4 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Coconut oil - 1 cup
    Rice powder - 1/2 cup



    1.Mix red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilly, tomato, mint leaves, salt and coriander leaves in a grinder and make a smooth paste.
    2.Add rice powder and chicken pieces into this paste. Marinate this mixture for 15 minutes.
    3.Heat coconut oil in a pan, fry the chicken pieces for 5 minutes. Thattukada chicken fry is ready to be served.
