Chicken -Cleaned and cut into medium pieces 500 g
Onion -chopped 2 nos.
Tomato -chopped 1 no.
Green chilies sliced 2 nos.
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Cloves (Kariampo) 4 nos.
Cardamom Seeds (Elakka) 2 nos.
Cinnamon Pieces (Patta) 1 no.
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coconut Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander Leaves -chopped 1 stalk
1.Heat oil in a kadai and fry together the ingredient from 6 to 8.
2.Add onion and green chillies,fry till golden brown.Mix ginger-garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes.
3.Add ingredients from 9 to 13 and stir well.
4.Add tomato and fry till soft and gravy becomes thick.
5.Add chicken pieces and little water. Mix it well.
6.Cover and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves.And serve with best combination.
