• Kerala Chicken Malai Kebab


    ½ Kg Chicken Boneless
    ½ Cup Fresh Cream
    1 Tsp Red Chili Paste
    1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp Garlic-Ginger Paste
    1 Tsp Garam Masala
    1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
    1 Tsp Cumin Powder
    1 Tbsp Oil 
    Salt to Taste 



    1. Wash and clean chicken.
    2. Cut it into 1 inch pieces and make slits on all sides. 
    3. Mix all Ingredients: along with chopped chicken pieces. 
    4. Allow it to marinate overnight. 
    5. Refrigerate it after marinating for one hour. 
    6. In a preheated oven roast the chicken pieces for 20 minutes.
