• Chinese Chicken Soup

    Ingredients

    Chicken neck - 2 pieces 
    Water - 2 cup 
    2 flakes Garlic (minced)
    1 Tomato (chopped)
    1 Onion (chopped) 
    Cloves - 2 
    Cinnamon - 1 stick 
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Coriander Leaves

    Methods

    1. Pressure cook chicken pieces, garlic, tomato, onion, cloves & cinnamon in a pressure cooker along with water. 
    2. When done pass through a sieve & put to boil on a low flame shred chicken from the neck and drop in the soup. 
    3. Season with salt & pepper & serve hot garnished with coriander leaves & lemon wedges.
