• Chinese Chicken Fry


    Chicken 1  Kg
    Onion 2 nos.
    Pepper Powder 1tbsp
    Corn Flour 5 tsp
    Maida 3 tsp
    Turmeric Powder½  tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Soya Sauce ½ cup
    Vinegar ½ cup
    Oil 2 tsp
    Ghee for frying 1cup



    1.Grind onion in to a paste.
    2.Cut the chicken in to round pieces and clean it.
    3.Mix theonionpaste,pepperpowder,soyasauce,vinegar, salt,turmeric powder
    with the chicken rest it for 1/2 an hour.
    4.Cook the chicken in the cooker till 1/2 done.
    5.Mix the cornflour and maida flour in water and prepare a batter and dip
    the chicken pieces in the batter and rest it for 5 minutes.
    6.Then fry the chicken in the ghee and serve hot.
