• Andhra Grilled Chicken

    Ingredients

    Chicken - 1 kg
    (cut into 6 pieces)
    Onion (small)- 5 pieces
    Garlic - 5 pods
    Ginger - 1 inch piece
    Yoghurt - 5 tsp
    Lemon - 1 no
    White pepper powder - 1 tsp
    Chili powder - 2 tsps
    Coriander powder - 2 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
    Soya sauce - 5-8 drops
    Butter - 1 tsp
    Salt - to taste

    Methods

    1. Cut the chicken into 6 pieces (washed and pat dried).
    2. Make a paste with all the ingredients listed with less quantity of water (except the butter, soya sauce and salt).
    3. Marinate the chicken pieces in a large bowl with the ground paste and add soya sauce, butter and salt.
    4. Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour.
    5. Grill the chicken in the hot oven for half an hour till both sides fully cooked.
    6. We can have this grilled chicken with bread and green salad.
