• Andhra Chicken Rasam


    chicken ¼ kg
    2 tbsp ghee
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 cup onion chopped
    1 tsp Coriander
    2 garlic flakes
    1/2" ginger
    2 cloves
    2 cardamoms
    1/2 tsp aniseed
    1/2 tsp poppy seeds
    1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tsp red chilli powder



    1.Fry a little in the open fire take out only inner portions cut into small pieces
    2.Take onions, Coriander, Garlic flake, Ginger, Cloves, Cardamom, aniseed, poppy seeds, turmeric powder, Chilli powder and grind it.
    3.Then Take a vessel and put ghee and let it heat, then add grounded masala and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
    4.After that add chicken pieces with 1 litre of water and boil for some time. Then add salt and lemon juice, serve with hot rice.
